Road sweeper truck is a new type of high efficient cleaning equipment which integrates road cleaning, garbage collection and transportation. it is widely used in city streets, road, station, square etc. Road sweeper truck are mainly composed of chassis, box (garbage box and water tank), sweep system, auxiliary engine, fan system, cleaning system, suction system, dust system, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The garbage boxes and water tank produced by our company are made of stainless steel,the inside of the garbage box has filter nets, which can effectively prevent the leaves,plastic bags or other light objects to clog the tuyere. Water tank inside is anticorrosion, antirust and antitoxic. Road sweeper truck is equipped with 4 brushes, both sides of the brushes can be working together, or unilateral work independently. The operating system of road sweeping truck, rear dust absorption plate absorb the rubbish on the ground. The height can be adjust according to requirement.Road sweeper truck have an auxiliary engine which can offer power for fan and hydraulic oil pump. Fan supply suction power for the suction system, hydraulic oil pump complete the lift of van box and switching of rear door. The nozzle is installed at cleaning brushes and the rear and front of the truck to drop dust by spraying water. The control box is in the cab, all kinds of system electrical centralized to control, and easy to operate.

Details :
1. With auxiliary engine. It is with JMC 64KW vice engine and supply enough power for the suction devices. The vice engine is connected to the fan adopts automatic centrifugal clutch, can guarantee the vice engine no-load start.
2. Vacuum device and suction nozzle arrangement adopts "wide of suction nozzle by the main suction + left and right side suction nozzle structure arrangement. The suction cup device has the function of avoiding and resetting automatically when encountering obstacles.This function can effectively solve the problem of easily damaged dust collector. Full floating suction nozzle, with the characteristics of large vacuum width, high vacuum efficiency, and conducive to the adjustment and maintenance of suction nozzle.
3. The liner of dustbin adopts double structure, the inner layer is all stainless steel;The high efficiency filtration of 4 sets of polymer filter cylinders can effectively reduce the secondary pollution caused by dust.
4. The front part of the truck is equipped with an automatic emergency system of hand pump.The tail is equipped with an optional water spray dust removal device;Open and close the garbage box door and garbage dump can be operated in the driving room, which is safe, convenient and reliable.
5. The filter cylinder of the vacuum truck can effectively separate the dust absorbed by the vacuum truck so as to avoid secondary dust pollution. There are two cleaning methods for the filter cylinder of the vacuum truck, one is equipped with automatic pulsed dust cleaning, and the other is disassembled and cleaning. Both are easy to operate.
